Come join me for an all levels Yin/Restorative yoga class! If you have blocks or bolsters at home, bring your props. If you don’t have those, don’t worry, we bring some to share! Now you’ve all been asking so we’re making some fun changes!!! I’ve brought a great yoga teacher friend, Kara, on board with me to start offering 2 classes each month! We will be will teaching one Yin/Restorative and the other will be a gentle Vinyasa combined with a juicy surrender. The best of both worlds!! Just bring yourself and your mat and give yourself the gift of community while finding movement with friends. We will bring extra mats and props if you don’t have them. Then stay afterwards for $1 off drinks and a food truck will be there at noon! We can wait to see you there!
